The lodge is set in five acres of sweeping lawns, gardens and rural countryside, and backed by five acres of New Zealand native bush.
After you return from experiencing the many attractions Bream Bay and Nortland have to offer, and before you wonder off to sample the cuisine at one of the local fine restaurants, take time to enjoy an evening aperitif on the decks overlooking the native bush and Bream Bay while listening to the sound of waterfall, surf and birdlife.
Relax on the bush deck with a good book, while you soak up the sun and sweeeping views across the bay.
Take a wander down the bush path, through a canopy of ferns, palms and kauri to the stream and escape in complete solitude.
Have a game of croquet, cricket, volley ball or petanque on the activities lawn or simply laze around and take in the sunshine , peace, quiet and tranquillity.
